PRICING

All prices are in USD, and we follow PayPal's exchange rate.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

Our customer service hours are 11am-5pm. Please keep in mind that the hours are in Korean Standard Time (KST).

SHIPPING

  • All orders are processed and shipped from our office in Seoul, Korea. The cutoff time for placing an order is 7pm Monday through Friday Korean Standard Time (KST).
    Orders generally ship within 2-7 business days. If the item is in high demand or being restocked, additional days may be required.
    For made-to-order items, please refer to the description of the item.

    Delivery time and cost will vary depending on your location and the shipping type you choose at checkout.

    We offer free express shipping for all orders over $500.
    For all orders under $500, we have three delivery options for you.


    · EMS : $25 flat rate  
    4-7 business days (there may be delays due to Covid-19 at the moment) / Fully trackable / Signature required

    To get the estimated delivery time for your location,
    Select:
    - Service type : EMS
    - Shipment type : Others
    - Destination : Select your country
    - Actual weight: Select anything (does not affect delivery time)
    Click on "View" and "The Required" will show the estimated delivery time for your location.


    · DHL : $35 flat rate
    2-5 business days / Fully trackable / Signature required


    · International Standard (Available only for smaller packages under 4.4 lbs): $15 flat rate
    7-15 business days / Partially trackable / Signature required, except for the following countries and regions: US, Canada, Australia, Hong Kong, Japan and Vietnam.
    No signature is required for these countries and regions, which means you will not be able to file a claim for a lost or stolen package.
    We recommend express shipping (especially for the countries and regions above) for orders over $100.
    *STANDARD SHIPPING IS TEMPORARILY UNAVAILABLE DUE TO COVID-19.


    MESCOLATO is not responsible for any damaged, lost or stolen packages while in transit by carrier, though we are happy to assist you in filing a claim.
    Please make sure that your shipping address is correct, as we cannot take responsibility for any unreceived packages or additional shipping charges
    that may incur due to an incorrect delivery address.


    + DELAYS
    Although we try our best to ship your order as quickly as we can, please note that there may be delays in transit or custom clearance. We
    unfortunately do not have control over and cannot take responsibility for these delays. Customs may hold your package from as long as
    a few days to 45 days. Customs should notify you within a few days if your package is being held. If not, please contact your local customs office.


    + CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES
    For international orders, there may be customs handling fees, import duties and taxes, which must be paid by the recipient of the package.
    These charges incur via your local customs office and we do not have control over these charges. We also cannot predict what your particular
    charges may be as they vary widely from country to country. If you are not familiar with these charges and need more information, we suggest
    that you contact your local customs office before placing your order.

    Please note that if your package is shipped back to us due to unpaid import duties/taxes or any other reasons, the original shipping charges and a processing/return
    fee will be deducted from your refund. Reshipping is not available for returned packages.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

We currently do not offer exchanges or returns for international orders. Instead, we try our best to provide as much information as possible. If you have any questions, please email us at info@mescolato.com and we'll get back to you shortly.

If you have received a wrong or faulty item, please contact us at info@mescolato.com within 24 hours of receiving the package.
Please note that we cannot offer returns or exchanges after this period, so please make sure to contact us as soon as possible.

+ ORDER CANCELLATION/CHANGES
We're not able to make changes to your order but you have the option to cancel it.
To cancel your order, please email info@mescolato.com within 30 mins of placing the order. Orders cannot be canceled after 30 mins.
